With the right guidance, you can create a nurturing environment where your child thrives! These sessions are specifically designed to help parents understand their child's emotional and behavioral needs. Learn how to: 1- Manage screen time, study habits, and discipline 2- Recognize signs of anxiety, stress, or emotional distress in children 3- Foster emotional intelligence and healthy coping mechanisms 4- Build a strong, supportive, and nurturing environment for your child
Counselling Policy
By booking and using our counselling and guidance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Service Scope Zeal N Heal provides professional guidance and counselling services for parents and young adults. Our services include but are not limited to: • 1-on-1 Counselling for Parents • Counselling for Students (18-25 years) • Parental Guidance Sessions These services aim to support mental well-being but do not substitute medical or psychiatric treatment. If you require urgent medical or psychiatric care, please consult a licensed healthcare provider. 2. Confidentiality We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. All sessions are conducted in a safe and secure environment. However, confidentiality may be breached under the following circumstances: • If there is a threat to the safety of the client or others. • If required by law or court order. • If abuse, self-harm, or harm to others is disclosed. We comply with applicable data protection laws to safeguard your personal information. 3. Booking and Payments • All sessions must be booked in advance through our official website or contact channels. • Pricing details are available on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy • Clients can reschedule their sessions with at least 24-hour notice. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund. • No-shows will not be refunded but can be rescheduled once. • Zeal N Heal reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. 5. Code of Conduct • Clients are expected to engage in sessions respectfully and professionally. • Any form of abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will result in termination of services without a refund. • Sessions must not be recorded, distributed, or shared without prior written consent from Zeal N Heal. 6. Limitation of Liability Zeal N Heal and its counsellors are not liable for: • Any decisions made or actions taken based on Counselling sessions. • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage. • Technical issues or disruptions in online sessions due to network problems. 7. Modifications to Terms Zeal N Heal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
